Alan Green started his professional career in 1965 after graduating from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then went to work at one of New York's largest advertising agencies, Grey Advertising, in the production of commercials. In 1969, Alan Green was one of ten individuals out of two thousand selected for a Director's Guild internship. After the two year training program in feature and TV production, Alan Green went on to work as an assistant director on such features as Come Back Charleston Blue (1972), "Shamus", L'Exorciste (1973), "Godfather part II", "The Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again", "Torch Song Trilogy", Madhouse (1990), Aigle de fer III (1992) and miniseries and series TV such as "The Awakening Land", "The Young Pioneers", "Grandpa Goes To Washington", "Brothers and Sisters", "Supertrain", "240-Robert" and "Breaking Away". Mr. Green then went on to work as a Production Manager on "Dennis The Menace", "Between Two Women", "Evilspeak" and "Die Laughing" (Part). From 1983 through 1987, Alan Green was contracted to write and produce TV movies and miniseries through Orion Pictures. In the early 90s, he worked for Hollywood-Continental Films as Head of Development and Production. In 1994, he formed The Entertainment Alliance, Inc. with Tim Van Rellim. They currently have ten feature and television projects in various stages of development. Mr. Green has been a long time member of The Director's Guild and The Writer's Guild, and is a well-respected development and production executive in the industry today. Hide
