I thought this might be another Pretty Woman story, but then it took a hard left. Emotionally complex as it was, there was no way I couldn't despise Ivan. Mikey Madison, who had a short but memorable part in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, was spectacular as Ani. I love independent films and was delighted when this one took quite a few major Oscars.
