Description
The film revolves around the 'Laplace accident' that destroyed the remains of New Zeune. Panchi and Yonikorn Gundam have been isolated from the world to forget history, but after a short time events change completely. In that period, scenes from another Gundam were reported, where the Unicorn Gundam 03 Phenex reappeared to begin a powerful experiment, thought to have been lost two years ago.
