Description
Following several disasters, the driver's license of Andy Washburn was rejected by his lieutenant who dropped his rank because of those accidents. By chance, Andy hears about a bank robbery, decides to drive a cab driven by Bill, a new taxi. During this dangerous operation, Bell's car was detained for the return of the escaped thieves. Andy is required to restore the car to Bill if he helps him capture the thieves again.
