its sad that this is the last time we get to see james van der beek in anything new but and not just because it was his last it was one of his best performances with that very wholsome and instantly trusting look about him to a very cold with no remorse its not easy to turn it off and on in an instant but he does it well the only other time ive seen him in this role was about 15 years ago in a episode of crimanil minds were he was the killer equallly great perfomance but with every mission based killer the amount of lies begin to overshadow the nice guy persona in the end they end up in the catergory of a frenzied killer and usually get taken out by law enforcment in a very public and brutal way ..... R.I.P James
