The season opens with a new series in which, following a heavy forest ambush in Myanmar, nuclear weapons end in the hands of Jean Baptiste Zaza, a brutal Rwandan drug dealer. Even as they continue to suspect Zarkova's motives, Section 20 travels to Bonshan County and is associated with Loren Gillespie, the deputy director of the Drug Enforcement Administration at Zaza and Dajun, his second commander.
